The Aftermarket team of BorgWarner Turbo Systems is pleased to announce the release of turbos for the Ford 6.4 Liter Power Stroke engine. The Variable Two-Stage (V2S) turbocharger was applied to well over 390,000 engines during its production life and will offer exceptional service opportunities for BorgWarner distributors and their down-line customers. The V2S program will commence under the reman product series and in three different configurations:
- Complete assembly (low-pressure and the high-pressure VTG turbo) with smart actuator assembly
- Stand-alone low-pressure turbocharger
- Stand-alone high-pressure VTG turbo with smart actuator assembly
Additionally, we are pleased to offer the 179618 V2S turbo installation kit. This install kit comes standard with the LP and HP configurations and is sold as a separate item. The complete V2S assembly will come standard with the 179527 turbine inlet gasket. Bill-of-material content is below.
