Since 1943 M&D has led the industry in fuel injection standards, tools and technology. Today’s new cutting edge fuel injection technologies require a new, deeper level of commitment to staying current with technology, tools, and environment. Fuel injection and the diesel injection shops you remember from just a few years back facing real change in the industry.
Andy Niblack:
After the injector has been completely disassembled and all the pieces have been separated, the reusable components go through a multi-stage ultrasonic process. After each stage of the process, all the pieces are inspected to ensure they are both damage and contamination free. All the internal parts of the injector are replaced a hundred percent with new Bosch product, including a hundred percent replacement on all valve sets and nozzle pieces.
Andy Niblack:
To ensure a quality product, we both measure and assemble each one of our injectors here in our strict tolerance clean room. Since all of our measurements are done down to the micron, or the millionth of a meter, all aspects of this room are tightly controlled, from the 30 air changes per hour to the constantly maintained 68 degrees, even down to the volt style pass through door you can see over my right shoulder.

Bosch is a leading supplier of automotive technologies and the developer of the common rail diesel injection system. As concerns continue to grow over the state of our environment and new demanding fuel economy standards, clean diesel technology is paving the way forward.
Andy Niblack:
Each one of our injectors goes through a rigorous 45 minute testing procedure, which includes five distinctly different shot to shot and measurements. We do this to both ensure that each one of our products meets emissions and maximizes fuel economy.

This year, clean diesel passenger vehicles are being introduced the meeting mission standards in all 50 states. News sources report that diesel powered vehicles in the US, initially from automakers Audi BMW Mercedes-Benz and VW, will be joined shortly by clean diesel vehicles from several other auto makers, including Acura, Chrysler, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Honda, Hyundai, Toyota, Ford, and General Motors. And M&D is once again, leading the way in innovation.
